1. 在Outlook中查找电子邮件 垃圾邮件 文件夹.
   
    
2. Mark emails that are not "junk":   右键单击电子邮件  >  垃圾  >  不是垃圾
   
    
3. Indicate whether or not Outlook will "Always trust email" from the sender.  默认是 检查，然后选择 OK.
   
   The email message will be moved to your 收件箱.  From now on, all emails sent from this sender will not be filtered.

Although this turns off the automatic 垃圾邮件 Filter, messages are still evaluated by using the domain names and email addresses in your Blocked Senders List.

If you don't receive many junk messages, or want to filter only the messages that are the most obvious junk, 选择此选项.

高.
If you receive lots of junk messages, but don’t want to restrict messages from senders on your safe lists, 选择此选项. We recommend you occasionally check the 垃圾 E-mail 文件夹 to make sure that a message you wanted isn’t moved in error.

This is the most restrictive option. Any message that isn't from someone on your Safe Senders List or isn't to a mailing list on your Safe Recipients List, 被归类为垃圾.

You can add your Contacts and other correspondents to this list. 然而, 通过设计, safe domains are not recognized by default in Exchange Online or in Exchange Online Protection. Only blocked domains, blocked sender addresses, and safe sender addresses are recognized. If you use a Microsoft Exchange account, all names and addresses in the global address list (GAL) are automatically considered safe.

安全收件人列表 选项卡   |  If you belong to a mailing list or a distribution list, you can add the list sender to the Safe Recipients List. Messages sent to these email addresses or domain names are never treated as junk, regardless of the content of the message.

阻止发送者列表 选项卡   |   You can easily block messages from particular senders by adding their email addresses or domain names to the Blocked Senders List. When you add a name or email address to this list, Outlook moves any incoming message from that source to the 垃圾邮件 文件夹. Messages from people or domain names that appear in this list are always classified as junk, regardless of the content of the message.

国际 选项卡, Blocked 前-Level Domains list  |   To block unwanted email messages from another country/region, you can add country/region codes to the Blocked 前-Level Domains List. 例如, 核对CA[加拿大], US[美国], and MX [Mexico] boxes in the list blocks messages from email addresses that end in .ca, .我们, .mx.

国际 选项卡、Blocked Encodings列表  |   To block unwanted email messages that appear in another character set or alphabet, you can add encodings to the Blocked Encodings List.
